Crab and Sourdough Toast
After a weekend of not the healthiest lifestyle I wanted something fresh light and very yummy. Enter flavored crab meat on toasted Sourdough bread. It's quick easy to make and VERY VERY GOOD.
You will need:
- White Crab meat (you can use brown meat as well if you want)
- Chopped red chilli (I got the pre chopped stuff because i'm lazy.)
- Olive oil (I used one flavoured with sun dried tomato for an extra kick.)
Simply pop the meat into a bowl and add your chopped up onion's and coriander.
Keep tasting it as you go as everyone likes different amount of onion and chilli, I like mine quite strong.
Season to taste with a wedge of lemon and lime and a few grinds of salt and pepper and you are done after a good mix.
Oh and of course toast your bread. I put the olive oil all over the top and then tucked in...It's the perfect pick me up I promise.
