After a weekend of not the healthiest lifestyle I wanted something fresh light and very yummy. Enter flavored crab meat on toasted Sourdough bread. It's quick easy to make and VERY VERY GOOD.
You will need:
White Crab meat (you can use brown meat as well if you want)
Lemon
Lime
Coriander
Chopped red chilli (I got the pre chopped stuff because i'm lazy.)
Spring onion
Red onion
Olive oil (I used one flavoured with sun dried tomato for an extra kick.)
Salt and pepper
Sourdough bread
Simply pop the meat into a bowl and add your chopped up onion's and coriander.
Keep tasting it as you go as everyone likes different amount of onion and chilli, I like mine quite strong.
Season to taste with a wedge of lemon and lime and a few grinds of salt and pepper and you are done after a good mix.
Oh and of course toast your bread. I put the olive oil all over the top and then tucked in...It's the perfect pick me up I promise.
